Summary: | To estimate not only inertia of a power system at an abnormal time but also inertia of a power system at a normal time.SOLUTION: An inertia estimation device comprises a measurement value acquisition unit, a filter processing unit, and an inertia estimation unit. The measurement value acquisition unit acquires a first measurement value, which is a measurement value of an output from a generator interconnected with a power system, and acquires a second measurement value, which is a measurement value of a value related to a frequency of the power system. The filter processing unit applies a first filter to the first measurement value, generates an input value by reducing influence of a mechanical input included in at least the first measurement value, applies a second filter to the second measurement value, and generates an output value by reducing influence of a mechanical input included in at least the second measurement value. The inertia estimation unit estimates inertia of the power system on the basis of the input value and the output value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】異常時における電力系統の慣性だけではなく、正常時における電力系統の慣性も推定すること。【解決手段】慣性推定装置は、電力系統に連系している発電機の出力の計測値である第一の計測値を取得し、前記電力系統の周波数に関連する値の計測値である第二の計測値を取得する計測値取得部と、前記第一の計測値に第一のフィルタを施し、少なくとも前記第一の計測値に含まれる機械的入力の影響を低減させることにより入力値を生成し、前記第二の計測値に第二のフィルタを施し、少なくとも前記第二の計測値に含まれる機械的入力の影響を低減させることにより出力値を生成するフィルタ処理部と、前記入力値及び前記出力値に基づいて前記電力系統の慣性を推定する慣性推定部と、を備える。【選択図】図1 |
