To provide an arrangement method of replacement component part for dealing with elevator failures capable of both of minimization of downtime when the failure occurs and reduction of the cost required for the replacement part.SOLUTION: The cost for delivering a replacement part to the installation location of the elevator, which is estimated based on the operating status or failure occurrence status of an elevator, is calculated. Based on the calculated delivery cost, the possibility of arrangement is determined, and when it possible, an instruction of the delivery of the estimated replacement part to the elevator installation location.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】昇降機の故障に対処する部品手配を、その故障発生時の不稼働時間の最小化と、交換部品に必要なコストの低減を両立できるようにする。【解決手段】昇降機の稼働状況又は故障発生状況に基づいて推定した交換部品を、昇降機の設置箇所に配送するコストを算出する。この算出した配送コストに基づいて、手配の可否を判定し、配送可と判定した場合に、推定した交換部品を昇降機の設置箇所に配送指示する。【選択図】図２
