Summary:To solve the problem in which: although a system that estimates a fuel consumption tendency for each driver estimates the fuel consumption tendency of the driver based on sensor information and traffic information, it cannot estimate the fuel consumption tendency if all the required types of information are not input, and some types of information cannot be utilized.SOLUTION: A user attribute estimation device includes: an acquisition unit communicating with an exchange station that exchanges secondary batteries that are attachable to and detachable from an electrically driven vehicle, acquiring information about the exchange of the secondary batteries along with user information from the exchange station, and storing information about the exchange in a storage unit in a cumulative manner by associating it with the user information; and an output unit referring to the storage unit to determine which of a plurality of combinations is included in the information about the exchange associated with the user information, specifying a corresponding process, and executing the specified process on a plurality of feature quantities included in the information about the exchange to estimate and output an attribute of a user.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】運転者ごとの消費燃料傾向を推定するシステムは、センサ情報および交通情報に基づいて運転者の消費燃料傾向を推定するが、必要とされる全ての種類の情報が入力されないと当該消費燃料傾向を推定することができず、一部の種類の情報を活用することもできなかった。【解決手段】ユーザ属性推定装置は、電気で駆動する車両に対して着脱可能な二次電池を交換する交換ステーションと通信し、交換ステーションから、ユーザ情報と共に二次電池の交換に関する情報を取得し、交換に関する情報をユーザ情報に紐づけて格納部に累積的に格納する取得部と、格納部を参照することにより、ユーザ情報に紐づけられた交換に関する情報が複数の組み合わせのうちの何れの組み合わせを含むのかを判断し、対応する処理を特定し、特定した処理を交換に関する情報に含まれる複数の特徴量に対して実行することで、ユーザの属性を推定して出力する出力部とを備える。【選択図】図3
