Summary:To obtain a signal analyzer, a signal analysis method and a program with which a narrow band analysis method for searching a basis function is speeded up.SOLUTION: Provided is a signal analyzer for repeating a process of selecting a basis function using a basis function set that includes a plurality of basis functions and a process of subtracting the selected basis function from a received wave signal and thereby estimating a combination of an amplitude and a basis function that represents the received wave signal of a snapshot that is an observation time unit and performing a basis function search repeating estimation for each snapshot. The signal analyzer comprises: zero-stuffing means which, when selecting a basis function, adds zero data until the number of data composed of the received wave signal as a residual signal matches the number of basis functions; correlation calculation means for utilizing Fourier transformation in the evaluation of a correlation of the residual signal having had the zero data added thereto with the plurality of basis functions; and selection means for selecting, on the basis of the result of correlation evaluation, a basis function that corresponds to a frequency analysis width of Fourier transformation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】基底関数を探索する狭帯域分析方法を高速化した信号分析装置、信号分析方法およびプログラムを得る。【解決手段】受波信号に対して、複数の基底関数を含む基底関数セットを用いて、基底関数を選択する処理と選択した基底関数を受波信号から差し引く処理とを繰り返すことで、観測時間単位であるスナップショットの受波信号を表す基底関数と振幅との組み合わせを推定し、スナップショット毎に推定を繰り返す基底関数探索を行う信号分析装置であって、基底関数を選択する際、受波信号を残差信号とするデータの数が複数の基底関数の数と一致するまで零データを追加する零詰め手段と、零データが追加された残差信号に対して複数の基底関数との相関評価にフーリエ変換を利用する相関算出手段と、相関評価の結果に基づいて、フーリエ変換の周波数分析幅に相当する基底関数を選択する選択手段と、を有する。【選択図】図2
