Summary: | To realize a high breakdown voltage in a resin composition used for electric insulation and electric equipment using the same.SOLUTION: There is provided a resin composition 10 which comprises a base polymer 11 and an additive. The additive contains boron nitride 12 and an elastic member 13. The boron nitride 12 is composed of hexagonal boron nitride primary particles having an aspect ratio of 2 or more and the elastic member 13 is composed of elastic particles having a core layer and a shell layer disposed on the periphery of the core layer, respectively. The elastic modulus of the core layer and the elastic modulus of the shell layer are different from each other. The particle diameter of the elastic particles is smaller than the particle diameter of the hexagonal boron nitride primary particles.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】電気絶縁に用いる樹脂組成物およびこれを適用した電気機器において、高耐圧化を実現する。【解決手段】樹脂組成物10は、ベースポリマ11と添加剤とを含む。前記添加剤は、窒化ホウ素12と弾性部材13とを含む。窒化ホウ素12は、アスペクト比が2以上である六方晶窒化ホウ素一次粒子により構成され、弾性部材13は、コア層と前記コア層の外周に配置されたシェル層とをそれぞれ有する弾性粒子により構成されている。前記コア層の弾性率は、前記シェル層の弾性率と互いに異なる。前記弾性粒子の粒径は、前記六方晶窒化ホウ素一次粒子の粒径よりも小さい。【選択図】図1 |
