Summary:To provide a manufacturing method and a manufacturing device for a laminated iron core capable of reducing iron loss.SOLUTION: In a punching step, a plate-shaped workpiece 50 in which a resin layer 70 containing a photocurable resin is formed is intermittently conveyed between a lower mold 20 having a die 21 and an upper mold having a punch, and an iron core piece 51 is punched out from the workpiece 50 by using the die 21 and the punch. In a laminating step, a plurality of iron core pieces 51 are laminated inside a through hole 20a provided in the lower mold 20. In a curing step, the resin layer 70 of the iron core piece 51 is irradiated with ultraviolet rays from the inner peripheral surface side of the through hole 20a by an irradiation device 40 to cure the resin.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】鉄損を低減できる積層鉄心の製造方法及び製造装置を提供する。【解決手段】打ち抜き工程では、ダイ21を有する下型20と、パンチを有する上型との間に、光硬化性の樹脂を含む樹脂層70が形成された板状のワーク50を間欠的に搬送するとともに、ダイ21とパンチとによりワーク50から鉄心片51を打ち抜くようにした。積層工程では、複数の鉄心片51を下型20に設けられた貫通孔20aの内部において積層するようにした。硬化工程では、鉄心片51の樹脂層70に対して、照射装置40により貫通孔20aの内周面側から紫外線を照射して樹脂を硬化させるようにした。【選択図】図2
