The light guide member 3 is formed into an annular shape around the reference optical axis 30. The light guide member 3 includes: an emission surface 31 formed at its edge part in one direction of the axial direction of the reference optical axis 30; an incident surface 32 formed at the edge part in another direction of the axial direction; and a side wall surface 33 located between the emission surface 31 and the incident surface 32.
