Summary:To acquire reflection light of appropriate brightness from a range to be imaged of a cylinder inner surface.SOLUTION: In an outer surface of a light guide cylinder part 12 of a cylinder inner surface imaging device 10A, an attachment location indication 15 is provided that has a plurality of scales for serving as a guide upon determining an attachment location of a ring-shaped illumination device 20 in response to a diameter of a cylinder part of a workpiece engraved. On an inner side of a transparent cylinder part 13 provided in the light guide cylinder part 12, a convex mirror (conical mirror) 14 is provided so as to reflect light toward an imaging device main body 11. The ring-shaped illumination device 20 is attached by a pin or screw 21 according to the scale of the attachment location indication 15 so that annular light irradiated so as to spread obliquely downward reaches the inner surface of the cylinder part of the workpiece W1 in a location at almost the same level as the transparent cylinder part 13, which in turn light incident upon the transparent cylinder part 13 from a horizontal direction has sufficient brightness, and development image information on appropriate brightness can be generated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】円筒内面の撮像すべき範囲から適切な明るさの反射光を得る。【解決手段】円筒内面撮像装置10Aの導光筒部12の外面にはワークの円筒部の径に対応してリング状照明装置20の取付位置を決定する際の目安とするための複数個の目盛が刻まれた取付位置表示15が備えられている。導光筒部12に備えられた透明筒部13の内側には撮像装置本体11に向かって光を反射する様に凸面鏡(円錐ミラー)14を備えている。リング状照明装置20は、斜め下方に広がる様に照射した環状光が透明筒部13の高さとほぼ同じ高さの位置でワークW1の円筒部の内面に到達する様に、取付位置表示15の目盛に従ってピン又はビス21により取り付ける。これにより、透明筒部13へと水平方向から入射する光は十分な明るさを有し、適切な明るさの展開画像情報を生成することができる。【選択図】 図2
