Summary:To set a warmup-determining parameter at a value more appropriately reflecting the temperature (a degree of warmup state) of a supply flow path.SOLUTION: In a case where an abnormality diagnosis precondition is established, the precondition including, as one, a fact that a warmup-determining parameter representing a degree of warmup state of a supply flow path at system-off timing is equal to a given value or higher, after a state of system-off passes a predetermined set time since the system-off, a characteristics abnormality diagnosis as to whether a characteristics abnormality occurs to a fuel pressure sensor is performed. In the diagnosis, in a case where it is not a flow path heat discharge state in that a heat discharge amount is presumed to be larger than a heat receiving amount in the supply flow path during an engine operation between the system-on and system-off, the warmup-determining parameter is added, whereas in a case where, in the flow path heat discharge state, the state continues for a first given time or longer, the warmup-determining parameter is subtracted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】暖気判定用パラメータを、供給流路の温度(暖機の状態の程度)をより適切に反映した値とする。【解決手段】システムオフされてからシステムオフの状態が予め設定された設定時間だけ経過した後に、システムオフ時の供給流路の暖機の状態の程度を示す暖機判定用パラメータが所定値以上であることを条件の1つに含む異常診断前提条件が成立しているときには、燃圧センサに特性異常が生じているか否かの特性異常診断を行なう。この場合、システムオンからシステムオフの間でエンジンの運転中において、供給流路で受熱量よりも放熱量が多いと想定される流路放熱状態でないときには、暖機判定用パラメータを加算し、流路放熱状態でその継続時間が第1所定時間以上のときには、暖気判定用パラメータを減算する。【選択図】図3
