To prevent dirt or dust from moving between a tether and its winding device.SOLUTION: A tether winding unit 10 includes: a housing which houses components; a tether drum 24 around which a tether 71 is wound; rotation biasing means 26 for biasing the tether drum 24 in a winding rotation direction in which the tether 71 is wound; and a rotational torque transmission mechanism 28 which is coaxially connected with the tether drum 24 so as to rotate the tether drum 24 with rotational torque received from the rotation biasing means 26. A partition member 12 partitions an interior of the housing into a first space 16 in which the tether drum 24 is disposed and a second space 17 in which the rotation biasing means 26 and the rotational torque transmission mechanism 28 are disposed. The structure prevents dirt or dust from moving among the tether 71, the rotation biasing means 26, and the rotational torque transmission mechanism 28.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】テザーとその巻き取り装置との相互間での汚れ等の移動を防止する。【解決手段】テザー巻き取りユニット１０は、複数の構成要素を収容するハウジングと、テザー７１が巻き付けられるテザードラム２４と、テザー７１が巻き取られる巻き取り回転方向にテザードラム２４を付勢するための回転付勢手段２６と、回転付勢手段２６から受ける回転トルクによりテザードラム２４を回転させるように、テザードラム２４と同軸に接続された回転トルク伝達機構２８とを含んでいる。ハウジングの内部は、テザードラム２４が配置される第１空間１６と、回転付勢手段２６及び回転トルク伝達機構２８が配置される第２空間１７とに、仕切り部材１２によって分割されている。これにより、テザー７１と回転付勢手段２６及び回転トルク伝達機構２８との相互間で、汚れ等が移動することを防止することが可能となる。【選択図】図２
