Summary:To prevent dirt or dust from moving between a tether and its winding device.SOLUTION: A tether winding unit 10 includes: a housing which houses components; a tether drum 24 around which a tether 71 is wound; rotation biasing means 26 for biasing the tether drum 24 in a winding rotation direction in which the tether 71 is wound; and a rotational torque transmission mechanism 28 which is coaxially connected with the tether drum 24 so as to rotate the tether drum 24 with rotational torque received from the rotation biasing means 26. A partition member 12 partitions an interior of the housing into a first space 16 in which the tether drum 24 is disposed and a second space 17 in which the rotation biasing means 26 and the rotational torque transmission mechanism 28 are disposed.
