Summary:To provide an operational intervention quantity evaluation device which automates manual intervention, and reduces frequency of manual intervention to stabilize product quality.SOLUTION: An operational intervention quantity evaluation device collects first time-series data, which includes time-series data concerning operational data at the time of operator's manual intervention and rolling of a raw material of a steel product, from a control device which controls a continuous mill which rolls the raw material via a first network, collects a tracking number assigned to each product and product quality inspection data associated with the tracking number from a tracking system, which stores a result of product quality inspection of each product executed after a rolling process has been finished and the raw material has been cut, via a second network, associates the first time-series data with the tracking number, and outputs evaluation data on the basis of the first time-series data and data concerning the result of production quality inspection.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】手動介入を自動化し、手動介入の頻度を低減して製品品質を安定化させる操作介入量評価装置を提供する。【解決手段】実施形態に係る操作介入量評価装置は、第1ネットワークを介して、鉄鋼製品の素材を圧延する連続圧延機を制御する制御装置から、オペレータの手動介入時の操作データおよび前記素材の圧延に関する時系列のデータを含む第1時系列データを収集し、第2ネットワークを介して、圧延工程が終了して前記素材を切断した後に実行される製品ごとの製品品質検査の結果を格納するトラッキングシステムから、前記製品ごとに付与されたトラッキング番号および前記トラッキング番号に紐づけされた製品品質検査データを収集し、前記第1時系列データを前記トラッキング番号に紐づけし、前記第1時系列データおよび前記製品品質検査の結果のデータにもとづいて、評価データを出力する。【選択図】図1
