Summary:To provide a steering column device configured so that rattling of a screwed part between a male screw shaft member and a female screw member can be suppressed with a simpler configuration.SOLUTION: The steering column device comprises a screw shaft 13 that is rotatably supported on an outer column and a driving member 15, provided in an inner column, to which the screw shaft 13 is screwed. When the screw shaft 13 is rotated, the driving member 15 moves back and forth with respect to the screw shaft 13 and the inner column moves back and forth with respect to the outer column. The driving member 15 has: a first female screw part 29 formed at one end part 33 side in a center axis line direction of a screw hole; a second female screw part 31 formed at the other end part 35 side; and a screw relief part 27 formed between the first female part 29 and the second female part 31. The screw shaft 13 is not screwed to the screw relief part 27.
