Summary:To provide a manufacturing method of a printed matter which has a wider choice of recording media that can be used and can manufacture a printed matter having the high peel strength.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a printed matter comprises the steps of: forming an image on a recording medium; applying particles on a surface where the image of the recording medium is formed; heating the particles applied to the recording medium; and pressing a laminated body formed by folding the recording medium with the heated particles interposed therebetween or the laminated body formed by overlapping the recording medium on another medium with the heated particles interposed therebetween in the thickness direction. The particle includes: a styrene resin containing styrene and other vinyl monomers in the polymerization component; and (meth)acrylic acid ester-based resin containing at least two kinds of (meth)acrylic acid ester in the polymerization component and having the mass ratio of the (meth)acrylic acid ester in the entire polymerization component equal to or greater than 90 mass %, and has at least two glass transition points.
