Summary:To provide an explosive inspection device capable of setting a more proper cleaning condition.SOLUTION: An explosive inspection device comprises: a sample heating part for vaporizing an inserted sample by heating for generating a vaporized sample; an ionization part for ionizing the vaporized sample for generating an ionized sample; a flow rate adjusting part for adjusting a gas flow rate to the ionization part from the sample heating part; a mass analysis part for mass analyzing the ionized sample; and a control part for controlling respective parts.
