Summary: | To detect as is a magnetic material present in an analyte.SOLUTION: A magnetic sensor 1 which detects the magnetic material present in the inside of the analyte, includes a substrate 21, a soft magnetic material film 23 provided on the surface of the substrate 21, magnetic field applying means 30 which applies, to the analyte, a magnetic field perpendicular to the surface of the substrate 21, and magnetism sensing elements R1 to R4 which are formed on the surface of the substrate 21 and detects, via the soft magnetic material film 23, a leakage magnetic field generated by magnetization of the magnetic material contained in the analyte caused by the magnetic field. Consequently, by applying the magnetic field to the magnetic material present in the analyte, and detecting the leakage magnetic field generated by magnetization of the magnetic material caused by the magnetic field, it is possible to detect as is the magnetic material present in the analyte.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】被検体の内部に存在する磁性体をそのまま検出する。【解決手段】磁気センサ1は、被検体の内部に存在する磁性体を検出するための磁気センサであって、基板21と、基板21の表面上に設けられた軟磁性体膜23と、基板21の表面に対して垂直な磁界を被検体に印加する磁界印加手段30と、基板21の表面上に設けられ、被検体に含まれる磁性体が磁界によって磁化されることにより生じる漏れ磁界を軟磁性体膜23を介して検出する感磁素子R1〜R4とを備える。このように、被検体の内部に存在する磁性体に磁界を印加し、磁性体が磁界によって磁化されることにより生じる漏れ磁界を検出していることから、被検体の内部に存在する磁性体をそのまま検出することが可能となる。【選択図】図2 |
