Summary:To provide a fluid compressor capable of driving various kinds of devices using working fluid at the minimum even in an emergency state where power is not supplied, and an operation device comprising the fluid compressor.SOLUTION: A fluid compressor comprises: a cylinder 41; a screw shaft 42 that is rotatably arranged through the cylinder 41; a piston 44 that partitions a cylinder chamber 43 by being screwed into the screw shaft 42 and arranged in the cylinder 41 so that it cannot rotate and can move forward and backward; an urging portion 45 that urges the piston 44 in a direction of reducing the volume of the cylinder chamber 43; a fluid pressure circuit 31 capable of supplying and discharging working fluid to the cylinder chamber 43; and an electric part 46 that rotates the screw shaft 42 so that the piston 44 moves in a direction of increasing the volume of the cylinder chamber 43 to keep it in a stopped state in a normal time, and freely rotates the screw shaft 42 in an emergency.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】電力が供給されないような緊急状態でも、作動流体を用いた各種の装置を最小限で駆動することが可能な流体圧機器と、その流体圧機器を備えた動作装置を提供する。【解決手段】シリンダ41と、シリンダ41内に貫通配置されて回転自在なネジ軸42と、ネジ軸42に螺合してシリンダ41内に回転不能且つ進退可能に配置されることでシリンダ室43を仕切るピストン44と、シリンダ室43の容積を減少する方向にピストン44を付勢する付勢部45と、シリンダ室43に対して作動流体を供給及び放出可能な流体圧回路31と、通常時はシリンダ室43の容積の増加方向にピストン44が移動するようにネジ軸42を回転させて停止状態で維持させ、緊急時にはネジ軸42を自由回転させる電動部46と、を備えている。【選択図】図1
