Summary: | To provide a breather device capable of discharging air even when pressure inside a case is low.SOLUTION: A breather device 50 for vertically communicating the inner part with the outer part of a discharge pipe 44 includes: a piston 56 formed with an insertion hole 56c extending in a vertical direction; a stopper 54 inserted into the insertion hole 56c; and a spherical body 60 arranged in a first space M in the insertion hole 56c, partitioned by the stopper 54, and blocking a communication hole 56f disposed at a lower side in the vertical direction of the piston 56. The blockage of the communication hole 56f is released due to that the spherical body 60 moves upward in the first space M when pressure P inside the discharge pipe 44 exceeds a first pressure value Pos1. The blockage of the communication hole 56f is released due to that pressing force f1 acting vertically upward on the spherical body 60 by the pressure P inside the discharge pipe 44 exceeds the self-weight (gravity) of the spherical body 60.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】ケースの内部の圧力が低くてもエアの排出が可能なブリーザ装置を提供する。【解決手段】吐出管44の内部と外部とを上下方向に連通させるブリーザ装置50は、上下方向に延びる嵌入穴56cが形成されたピストン56と、嵌入穴56cに挿入されたストッパ54と、嵌入穴56cのうちストッパ54により区画された第1空間M内に配置され且つピストン56の上下方向における下方側に設けられた連通穴56fを閉塞する球体60と、を有する。吐出管44の内部の圧力Pが第1圧力値Pos1を超過して球体60が第1空間M内において上方に移動することにより、連通穴56fの閉塞が解かれる。吐出管44の内部の圧力Pによって球体60に対して上下方向の上向きに作用する押圧力f1が球体60の自重(重力)を超えれば連通穴56fの閉塞が解かれる。【選択図】図6 |
