Summary: | To provide an acrylic rubber bale excellent in storage stability and water resistance, a method of producing thereof, a rubber mixture, a method of producing thereof, and a rubber crosslinked product thereof.SOLUTION: The acrylic rubber bale pertaining to the present invention has an ash content of 0.2 wt.% or less, a total amount of sodium and sulfur in ash of 30 wt.% or more, a weight ratio of sodium to sulfur in a specific range, and is excellent in storage stability and water resistance. The acrylic rubber bale is produced through: an emulsion polymerization process of subjecting monomer constituents including (meth)acrylic acid ester, and a reactive group-containing monomer to emulsion polymerization using a sulfuric acid-based emulsifier; a coagulation process of generating a hydrous crumb by contacting an obtained emulsion polymerization liquid with a coagulant aqueous solution; a washing process of washing the hydrous crumb; a dehydrating, drying, molding process of dehydrating and drying the washed hydrous crumb under a specific condition using a screw-type extruder, and extruding a sheet-like dried rubber; and a baling process of baling the sheet-like dried rubber by laminating.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】保存安定性や耐水性に優れるアクリルゴムベール及びその製造方法、ゴム混合物及びその製造方法、並びにそのゴム架橋物を提供する。【解決手段】本発明に係るアクリルゴムベールは、灰分量が0.2重量%以下、灰分中のナトリウムとイオウの合計量が30重量%以上で、ナトリウムとイオウとの重量比が特定範囲にあり、保存安定性や耐水性に優れている。このアクリルゴムベールは、(メタ)アクリル酸エステルと反応性基含有単量体とを含む単量体成分を硫酸系乳化剤を用いて乳化重合する乳化重合工程と、得られた乳化重合液を凝固剤水溶液と接触させて含水クラムを生成する凝固工程と、含水クラムを洗浄する洗浄工程と、洗浄した含水クラムを特定のスクリュー型押出機にて特定条件で脱水し乾燥してシート状乾燥ゴムを押し出す脱水・乾燥・成形工程と、該シート状乾燥ゴムを積層してベール化するベール化工程を経て製造され得る。【選択図】なし |
