Summary:To provide a sensor unit and a heating cooker capable of suppressing variations in the ambient temperature of the sensor.SOLUTION: An infrared sensor unit 5 is arranged between a coil base 31 for supporting a heating coil 3 and a base support 35 for supporting the coil base 31. The base support 35 includes a coil support spring 36, and supports the coil base 31 by pressing the coil base 31 against a top plate 2.
