Summary:To prevent a reduction in the accuracy of simulation.SOLUTION: A liquid simulation device determines whether a predetermined condition is satisfied for each of particles in a substance that is an object of simulation of a casting state. For particles not satisfying the predetermined condition, the liquid simulation device calculates a first viscosity coefficient that is the viscosity in a state where an oxide film is not generated, and for particles satisfying the predetermined condition, calculates the first viscosity coefficient until a predetermined time elapses and calculates a second viscosity coefficient that is a larger value than the first viscosity coefficient after the lapse of the predetermined time. The liquid simulation device executes simulation of a casting state by using the first viscosity coefficient or the second viscosity coefficient calculated for the respective particles.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 【課題】シミュレーションの精度低下を抑制することを課題とする。【解決手段】流体シミュレーション装置は、鋳造状況のシミュレーション対象である物質内の各粒子について、予め定めた所定条件を満たすか否かを判定する。流体シミュレーション装置は、所定条件を満たさない粒子に対しては、酸化膜が生じていない状態の粘度である第1粘性係数を算出し、所定条件を満たす粒子に対しては、所定時間が経過するまでは第1粘性係数を算出するとともに、所定時間の経過後は第1粘性係数よりも大きい値の第2粘性係数を算出する。流体シミュレーション装置は、各粒子に対して算出された第1粘性係数または第2粘性係数を用いて、鋳造状況のシミュレーションを実行する。【選択図】図6
