Summary: | To provide a thick film resistor having an area resistance value within a range of 100 mΩ/sq. to 15 Ω/sq., and also having excellent characteristics without using an expensive material such as silver, palladium, or ruthenium-based material and also to provide a composition for a thick film resistor and a paste for a thick film resistor for forming such a thick film resistor.MEANS FOR SOLVING THE PROBLEM: A composition for a thick film resistor includes a conductive powder and a glass frit substantially containing no lead. The conductive powder is composed of copper, nickel and nickel acid lanthanum, in which a content of the copper is within a range of 30 to 70 mass%, a content of the nickel is within a range of 10 to 35 mass%, and a content of the nickel acid lanthanum is over 0 mass% to 20 mass%. 【課題】銀、パラジウム、ルテニウム系材料などの高価な材料を使用することなく、100mΩ/□〜15Ω/□の範囲にある面積抵抗値を有し、かつ、良好な特性を備えた厚膜抵抗体、このような厚膜抵抗体を形成するための厚膜抵抗体用組成物および厚膜抵抗体用ペーストを提供する。【課題を解決するための手段】本発明の厚膜抵抗体用組成物は、導電性粉末と、鉛を実質的に含まないガラスフリットとを含み、導電性粉末は、銅、ニッケル、およびニッケル酸ランタンからなり、銅の含有量は30質量%〜70質量%の範囲、ニッケルの含有量は10質量%〜35質量%の範囲、ニッケル酸ランタンの含有量は0質量%を超えて20質量%以下、および、ガラスフリットの含有量は5質量%〜50質量%の範囲にある。【選択図】なし |
