Summary:To provide an interface for use in artificial respiratory therapy, and a headgear used to fasten the interface to a patient.SOLUTION: In an interface 102, a patient interface 200 and/or associated head gear and adjustment systems improve sealing and/or patient comfort and/or ease of use. The interface comprises an inflating or ballooning seal. A headgear assembly can be connected to the interface using an elastic component and an inelastic component. The elastic component enables coarse fitting of the interface to the patient, and the inelastic component enables final fitting of the interface to the patient.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】人工呼吸療法を行う際に用いられるインタフェースとインタフェースを患者に固着するために用いられるヘッドギアを提供する。【解決手段】インターフェース１０２は、患者用インタフェース２００及び／又は関連のヘッドギア及び調節システムは密着性及び／又は患者の快適さ及び／又は使用の容易さを向上させる。インタフェースは注気形又は空気注入形シールを具備する。ヘッドギア組立体は弾性要素と非弾性要素とを用いてインタフェースに接続されてよい。弾性要素は患者に対するインタフェースのコース装着を可能にし、非弾性要素は患者に対するインタフェースの最終的な装着を可能にする。【選択図】図２
