The anisotropically conductive film uses a quaternary ammonium salt based thermal acid generator as the cation polymerization initiator, and includes, as the cation polymerization component, an alicyclic epoxy compound and a low-polarity oxetane compound.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】脂環式エポキシ化合物を使用するカチオン重合性の異方性導電フィルムに対し、今までと変わらない硬化温度と接続信頼性とを担保しながらも、今まで以上に優れた保管ライフ性を実現できるようにする。【解決手段】成膜用成分とカチオン重合性成分とを含有するバインダ組成物と、カチオン重合開始剤と、導電粒子とを含有する異方性導電フィルムは、カチオン重合開始剤として、第4級アンモニウム塩系熱酸発生剤を使用し、カチオン重合成分として、脂環式エポキシ化合物と低極性オキセタン化合物とを含有している。【選択図】なし
