To provide a push lifter device that can limit an operation direction while improving the degree of freedom of setting an initial position layout.SOLUTION: A push lifter device 1 comprises: a hollow box-shaped body case 2; a rod 3 that is installed so as to be movable forward and backward with respect to a fuel lid; a spring that biases the rod 3 toward the fuel lid; a lock member 5 that engages with the rod 3 and locks the forward movement of the rod 3; a rotary member 6 that is connected to the lock member 5 and releases engagement between the rod 3 and the lock member 5 using rotation; an operation lever 7 that is connected to the rotary member 6 and rotates the rotary member 6; and a guide unit 8 that contacts the operation lever 7 and restricts the operation direction of the operation lever 7.
