To provide an impact absorbing device that can absorb impact at both of a front collision and a rear collision, and a vehicular seat.SOLUTION: An impact absorbing device 5 of a vehicular seat 1 comprises a first base member 50 fixed to a seat cushion 2, a second base member 51 fixed to a seat back 3, and an impact absorbing member 52. The first base member 50 supports the second base member 51 turnably, which allows the seat back 3 to tilt on the basis of turning of the second base member 51.
