Summary: | To provide a connection joint for vertically connecting a metal pipe column in a temporary scaffold.SOLUTION: In regard to a locking mechanism (8) for preventing an upper support (1b) from coming off and engaging the upper support in an inserted state in which the upper support is externally inserted into an upper insertion tube (5) in a connection joint, the locking mechanism is composed of: a lock piece (21) which moves between a lock position (P1) and an unlock position (P2) with respect to a guide hole (5a) from an inside of the upper insertion body; a spring member (22) configured to bias the lock piece toward the lock position; and an operation mechanism (23) for moving the lock piece to the unlock position via the spring member. When a moving body (29) is moved from a standby position (Q1) to an operating position (Q2), the operating mechanism (23) is configured such that a driving unit (30) of the moving body presses and elastically deforms the spring member (22) to move the lock piece (21) to the unlock position (P2); in this state, engagement means (31) is provided for engaging and holding the moving body (29) at the operating position (Q2) by turning the moving body from a release position (R1) to an engagement position (R2) around the shaft of the moving body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
【課題】仮設足場における金属パイプ製の支柱を上下に連結する連結ジョイントを提供する。【解決手段】連結ジョイントにおいて上側支柱(1b)を上部挿入管(5)に外挿させた挿着状態で抜止め係止するロック機構(8)に関し、上部挿入体の内部から案内孔(5a)に対してロック位置(P1)とアンロック位置(P2)の間で移動するロック片(21)と、該ロック片を前記ロック位置に向けて付勢するバネ部材(22)と、該バネ部材を介してロック片をアンロック位置に移動させる操作機構(23)により構成されており、操作機構(23)は、移動体(29)を待機位置(Q1)から作動位置(Q2)に移動すると、該移動体の駆動部(30)によりバネ部材(22)を押動して弾性変形させることにより、ロック片(21)をアンロック位置(P2)に移動させるように構成され、その状態で移動体の軸廻りに解除位置(R1)から係止位置(R2)に回動することにより移動体(29)を作動位置(Q2)に係止保持する係止手段(31)が設けられている。【選択図】図8 |
