Summary:To provide a method for producing a ferro-coke molded product, that can increase viscosity of a binder with a low softening point such as coal tar during kneading and can produce the ferro-coke molded product with high strength using the binder.SOLUTION: The method for producing the ferro-coke molded product comprises adding a binder to coal and an iron raw material to form a mixture, kneading the mixture, and molding the mixture, wherein the binder is the coal tar obtained by carbonizing coal at 950°C or lower, and the kneading is carried out at 120°C or higher for a predetermined time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】混練中にコールタール等の低軟化点バインダーの粘度を高め、当該バインダーを用いて強度の高いフェロコークス用成型物を製造できるフェロコークス用成型物の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】石炭と鉄原料にバインダーを加えて混合物とし、混合物を混練し、成型するフェロコークス用成型物の製造方法であって、バインダーは、石炭を９５０℃以下で乾留して得られるコールタールであり、混練を１２０℃以上で所定時間行う。【選択図】図３
