The reporting control means changes a reporting mode by the reporting device to a first reporting mode for showing that stop operation is valid when receiving a first command to be transmitted when the stop operation becomes valid, and changes the reporting mode to a second reporting mode for showing that stop operation is invalid when receiving a second command to be transmitted when the stop operation is performed and the stop operation becomes invalid.
