Summary: | To provide a mat material having a plurality of pieces of mats in which the occurrence of displacement between mats is prevented, and which is excellent in winding performance.SOLUTION: In a mat material 10 which is formed by laminating a plurality of pieces of mats 21, 22 having rectangular shapes in a plane view including inorganic fibers, an inter-mat positional relationship is established by making the plurality of pieces of mats 21, 22 adhere to each other with an adhesive, and also in the mat material 10, an adhesion region in which the mats 21, 22 are made to adhere to each other with the adhesive, and a vacant region in which the mats 21, 22 are not made to adhere to each other exist in each of divided regions which are formed by dividing the mat material 10 into six pieces so as to be divided into two pieces in a direction along a longitudinal direction of the mat material 10, and divided into three pieces in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the mat material 10 when plane-viewing the mat material 10, and an area of the adhesion region in each of the divided regions is smaller than an area of the vacant region.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】複数枚のマットを備えたマット材であって、マット間のずれの発生が防止され、かつ、巻き付け性に優れたマット材を提供すること。【解決手段】無機繊維を含む平面視矩形のマット21,22が複数枚積層されてなるマット材10であって、複数枚のマット21,22間は接着剤により接着されることでマット間の位置関係が固定されており、マット材10を平面視し、マット材10の長手方向に沿った方向に2分割、マット材10の長手方向に垂直な方向に3分割となるようにマット材10を6分割した各分割領域において、接着剤によりマット21,22間が接着された接着領域と、マット21,22間が接着されていない空白領域が存在し、各分割領域における接着領域の面積が空白領域の面積よりも小さいことを特徴とするマット材10。【選択図】図1 |
