To provide a decorative sheet that can reduce occurrence of peeling and floating (partial peeling) between layers that make up the decorative sheet while improving weather resistance even when the sheet is used for a long period of time.SOLUTION: There is provided a decorative sheet 10 that comprises: a base material 1; a transparent thermoplastic resin layer 5; and a surface protection layer 6 in this order, in which the transparent thermoplastic resin layer 5 is formed of a polypropylene resin composition containing an ultraviolet absorber and a light stabilizer, and the surface protection layer 6 is formed of an acrylic resin composition containing an ultraviolet absorber and a light stabilizer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】本発明は、耐候性を向上させつつ、長期間使用した場合であっても、化粧シートを構成する層間での剥離や浮き（部分的な剥離）の発生を低減することが可能な化粧シートを提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】本実施形態に係る化粧シート１０は、基材１と、透明熱可塑性樹脂層５と、表面保護層６とをこの順に備えた化粧シートであって、透明熱可塑性樹脂層５は、紫外線吸収剤と光安定剤とを含有するポリプロピレン樹脂組成物で形成され、表面保護層６は、紫外線吸収剤と光安定剤とを含有するアクリル系樹脂組成物で形成されている。【選択図】図１
