Summary: | To provide a processing system capable of shortening a processing cycle of a workpiece by performing communication and communication interception between a processing space and a mounting space in a short time.SOLUTION: A processing system includes a processing apparatus 2 for processing a workpiece P. The processing apparatus 2 includes a turret 38 with a pair of precision vises 48 and 50 (workpiece holding means). In a processing apparatus body 6, an intermediate partition wall 102 is disposed for partitioning a processing space 114 and a mounting space 116. The turret 38 is disposed in an opening of the intermediate partition wall 102. Shutter members 118 and 120 are mounted to the turret 38, and when the turret 38 is positioned in a first angle position (a second angle position), the shutter members 118 and 120 close the opening. One precision vise 48 is positioned in a processing zone 60 of the processing space 114, whereas the other precision vise 50 is positioned in a mounting zone 62 of the mounting space 116.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】加工空間と取付空間との連通及び連通遮断を短時間に行って被加工物の加工サイクルを短縮することができる加工システムを提供すること。【解決手段】被加工物Pを加工する加工装置2を備えた加工システム。加工装置4は、一対の精密バイス48,50(被加工物保持手段)を備えたタレット38を備え、加工装置本体6には、加工空間114と取付空間116とを仕切るための中間仕切り壁102が設けられ、このタレット38は、中間仕切り壁102の開口部に配置される。タレット38には、シャッタ部材118,120が取り付けられ、このタレット38が第1角度位置(第2角度位置)に位置決めされたときには、シャッタ部材118,120がこの開口部を閉塞し、一方の精密バイス48が加工空間114の加工域60に位置し、他方の精密バイス50が取付空間116の取付域62に位置する。【選択図】図1 |
