Summary: | To provide a process of making a hole transporting material that reduces resistance loss and parasitic light absorption, and a layer including the hole transporting material, a dispersion, and a photovoltaic device.SOLUTION: There are provided a dispersion that includes a) salt or complex of cationic polythiophene and counterion, b) an organic solvent having a dielectric constant of 1×10-30 to 20×10-30 Cm, and c) an additive selected from the group of metal nanowires, carbon nanotubes, graphene, and crosslinkers, a conductive layer formed by using the dispersion, a photovoltaic device including the conductive layer, and a manufacturing process thereof. The manufacturing process includes I) a step of providing a photoactive layer including a perovskite-type crystal structure, II) a step of superimposing a coating composition A) containing a conductive polymer a) and an organic solvent b) on the photoactive layer, and III) a step of removing the organic solvent b) from the coating composition A) superimposed in step II) to obtain a conductive layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
