Summary:To provide a technique that can accurately analyze power consumption by purpose.SOLUTION: An analyzer 100 analyzing the power consumption state of a building comprises an acquisition unit 10, a determination unit 14, and an estimation unit 15. The acquisition unit 10 acquires electric energy data 12 that indicates the power consumption of the building measured for every time zone in an analysis target period. The determination unit 14 extracts, from the electric energy data 12, data of the lower predetermined number of days of the maximum power consumption of the power consumption measured for every time zone in a day as training data. The determination unit 14 determines, for each day included in the analysis target period, whether the day is an operating day or a non-operating day based on comparison of the training data with determination target data that is data of the day of the electric energy data 12. The estimation unit 15 estimates the power consumption by purpose of the building in a target time zone in a target day included in the analysis target period based on non-operating day data that is data of a non-operating day of the electric energy data 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】精度良く用途別の電力消費量を分析することが可能な技術を提供する。【解決手段】建物の電力消費状態を分析する分析装置100は、取得部10と判定部14と推定部15とを備える。取得部10は、分析対象期間における建物の時間帯毎に計測された電力消費量を示す電力量データ12を取得する。判定部14は、電力量データ12の中から、1日における時間帯毎に計測された電力消費量のうちの最大電力消費量が下位所定日数の日のデータを訓練データとして抽出する。判定部14は、分析対象期間に含まれる各日について、訓練データと電力量データ12のうち当該日のデータである判定対象データとの比較に基づいて、当該日が稼働日および非稼働日のいずれかを決定する。推定部15は、電力量データ12のうち非稼働日のデータである非稼働日データに基づいて、分析対象期間に含まれる対象日の対象時間帯における建物の用途別の電力消費量を推定する。【選択図】図3
