Summary:To inhibit increase of the weight of a joint structure and reduce a difference of thermal deformation amounts between members.SOLUTION: In a joint structure 10, a first member 12, formed by a fiber-reinforced composite material, and a second member 14, formed by a material having a larger linear expansion coefficient in an in-plane direction than that of the first member 12, are joined. A joint portion between the first member 12 and the second member 14 is provided with an adjustment part 22 which is formed having a substantially hat-shaped cross section protruding to a direction opposite to the second member 14. Further, the adjustment part 22 is provided with an arc shaped corner part 26C which is formed having a thickness larger than a thickness of the other portion of the adjustment part 22. The structure reduces a difference of thermal deformation amounts between the first member 12 and the second member 14 occurring when the joint structure 10 is heated while inhibiting increase of the weight of the joint structure 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】接合構造の重量増加を抑えた上で部材間の熱変形量の差を抑制する。【解決手段】接合構造10では、繊維強化複合材料により形成された第1部材12と第1部材12よりも面内方向の線膨張率の大きい材料により形成された第2部材14が接合されている。ここで、第1部材12の第2部材14との接合部分に、第2部材14とは反対側へ向けて凸となる断面略ハット状に形成された調整部22を設ける。また、調整部22には、厚さが調整部22の他の部分の厚さよりも厚く形成された円弧形状のコーナー部26Cが設けられている。これにより、接合構造10の重量増加を抑えた上で接合構造10が加熱された際の第1部材12と第2部材14との間の熱変形量の差を抑制する。【選択図】図2
