Summary:To provide a protection circuit for a power storage element using a bypass circuit for preventing overcharge.SOLUTION: A protection circuit 120 of a power storage element 62 includes a cutoff switch 55 that cuts off a current of the power storage element 62, a bypass circuit 150 connected in parallel with the cutoff switch 55, and a control unit 130. The cutoff switch 55 is composed of a first FET 55A and a second FET 55B. The bypass circuit 150 allows discharge from the power storage element 62 to a vehicle while the current is cut off by the cutoff switch 55, and the control unit 130 switches a current path of a discharge current from a path passing through the bypass circuit 150 to a path passing through the cutoff switch 55 when the discharge current flowing through the bypass circuit 150 exceeds a limit value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9 【課題】過充電防止用のバイパス回路を用いた蓄電素子の保護回路を提供する。【解決手段】蓄電素子62の保護回路120は、蓄電素子62の電流を遮断する遮断スイッチ55と、遮断スイッチ55と並列に接続されたバイパス回路150と、制御部130と含む。遮断スイッチ55は、第1FET55Aと第2FET55Bにより構成される。バイパス回路150は、遮断スイッチ55による電流遮断中に、蓄電素子62から車両への放電を許容し、制御部130は、バイパス回路150に流れる放電電流が制限値以上になった場合、放電電流の電流経路をバイパス回路150を通る経路から、遮断スイッチ55を通る経路に切り換える。【選択図】図9
