To provide a communication system capable of delivering communication contents to a remote place in a method other than voice.SOLUTION: A communication system comprises a plurality of first portable communication terminals including a communication unit and an operation unit, a first stationary device transmitting and receiving information with the first portable communication terminal, a second portable communication terminal including a communication unit and an operation unit and transmitting and receiving data with the first portable communication terminal, and a second stationary device transmitting and receiving information with the second portable communication device. The first portable communication terminal transmits communication data based on a recognized operation to the second portable communication terminal. The first stationary device transmits sound data based on collected voices to the first portable communication terminal. The first portable communication device transmits sound data to the second portable communication terminal.
