Summary:To provide a management system for shared equipment capable of lending out any piece of shared equipment among a plurality of pieces of similar shared equipment when receiving lending of any of the plurality of pieces of similar shared equipment.SOLUTION: A management system for shared equipment has a management computer including a storage unit for storing user information for identifying a user permitted to reserve the shared equipment, and a reservation control unit for generating reservation information that specifies a user and a rental time zone for each piece of shared equipment according to input information including a lending equipment name, a lending time and a return time set by an operation input of the user. The reservation control unit manages the same specific plurality of pieces of shared equipment by grouping, and enables the lending equipment name to be registered as a group name. When a user who desires to rent a plurality of pieces of specific shared equipment performs an operation input by a group name, the reservation control unit determines that any of a plurality of pieces of grouped shared equipment can be lent.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】同類の複数の共用備品のいずれかの貸出を受ける際に、同類の複数の共用備品の中の任意の共用備品の貸出を可能とする共用備品の管理システムを得る。【解決手段】共用備品の管理システムは、共用備品を予約することが許可された利用者を識別するための利用者情報が記憶された記憶部と、利用者の操作入力により設定された貸出備品名、貸出時刻および返却時刻を含む入力情報に応じて、それぞれの共用備品ごとに利用者と貸出時間帯を特定した予約情報を生成する予約制御部とを有する管理コンピュータを備え、予約制御部は、同類である特定の複数の共用備品をグループ化して管理し、貸出備品名をグループ名として登録可能とし、特定の複数の共用備品の貸出を希望する利用者がグループ名により操作入力を行った場合には、グループ化された複数の共用備品の中のいずれであっても貸出可能と判断する。【選択図】図２
