Summary:To provide a degradation detector with which it is possible to detect degradation with respect to multiple kinds of material used in a target product, and with which it is easy to design and install when being applied to a product.SOLUTION: A degradation detector pertaining to the present invention comprises: a first sample 11 provided in an area 10 for degradation detection which is set at a point of a product 1 that is exposed to the outside air and composed of the same material as one of the constituent materials of the product 1; a second sample 12 provided in the area 10 for degradation detection and composed of a material, out of the constituent materials of the product 1, which is different from the first sample; first and second detection units 21, 22 provided in the product 1, for detecting the specific feature quantities of the first and second samples 11, 12, respectively; and a degradation detection unit 30 provided in the product 1, for detecting the degradation of each of the first and second samples using the feature quantities detected by the first and second detection units 21, 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】対象製品に使われている複数種類の材料についての劣化を検知でき、かつ、製品に適用する際の設計及び設置作業が容易である化検知装置を提供する。【解決手段】この発明に係る劣化検知装置は、製品1における外気に曝露される箇所に設定された劣化検知用エリア10に設けられ、製品1の構成材料のうちの1つと同一の材料からなる第1の試料11と、劣化検知用エリア10に設けられ、製品1の構成材料のうちの第1の試料とは異なる材料からなる第2の試料12と、製品1に設けられ、第1及び第2の試料11、12の特定の物理量をそれぞれ検出する第1及び第2の検出部21、22と、製品1に設けられ、第1及び第2の検出部21、22が検出した物理量を用いて第1及び第2の試料のそれぞれの劣化を検知する劣化検知部30と、を備える。【選択図】図1
