Summary: | To provide a composite resin composition capable of forming a film in which cellulose nanofibers are uniformly dispersed in a resin, and its manufacturing method.SOLUTION: A composite resin composition containing an aqueous dispersion medium, resin particles emulsified in the aqueous dispersion medium, and cellulose nanofibers dispersed in the aqueous dispersion medium, in which the resin particles contain at least one kind selected from the group consisting of (meth)acryl-based resin particles, styrene-based resin particles, and (meth)acrylonitrile-based resin particles, when a sample obtained by dropping and drying a liquid obtained by diluting the composite resin composition with water of an amount by which its nonvolatile composition becomes within the range of 0.01 to 0.1 mass% is observed with an atomic force microscope, a structure where cellulose nanofibers are dispersed and the resin particles cling together to the cellulose nanofibers is observed.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】セルロースナノファイバーが樹脂中に均一に分散した皮膜を形成することが可能な複合樹脂組成物、及びその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】水性分散媒と、前記水性分散媒に乳化している樹脂粒子と、前記水性分散媒に分散しているセルロースナノファイバーと、を含有する複合樹脂組成物であって、前記樹脂粒子は、(メタ)アクリル系樹脂粒子、スチレン系樹脂粒子、及び(メタ)アクリロニトリル系樹脂粒子からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種を含み、前記複合樹脂組成物をその不揮発分が0.01〜0.1質量%の範囲内となる量の水で希釈した液を測定用基材に滴下して乾燥させた試料を、原子間力顕微鏡により観察した場合に、前記セルロースナノファイバーが分散し、かつ、そのセルロースナノファイバーに前記樹脂粒子がまとわりついている構造が観察される複合樹脂組成物を提供する。【選択図】なし |
