Summary:To provide an improved base structure and a construction method of the improved base structure having high a restraining action implemented by a gripping sheet with a simple method and having little deflection deformation amount.SOLUTION: An improved base structure comprises: a gripping sheet laid on a ground 10; a plurality of weight pillows 40 mounted at an interval on the gripping sheet; a support layer body 50 compacted to be formed inside the weight pillow 40; and a loading layer 60 formed on an upper face of the gripping sheet. A level difference is provided between layer thickness of the support layer body 50 and a height of the support layer body 50, so as to utilize loading weight of the loading layer 60 to introduce a tensile force to the gripping sheet, and thereby, to rigidly restrain the weight pillow 40 and the support layer body 50 using the tensile force introduced over the whole periphery of the gripping sheet.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】簡易な手法で以て抱持シートによる拘束作用が高く、たわみ変形量の小さな改良基盤の構造およびその施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】地盤10に敷設した抱持シートと、抱持シート上に間隔を隔てて載置した複数の重錘枕40と、重錘枕40の内側に締め固めて形成した支持層本体50と、抱持シートの上面に形成した載荷層60とからなり、支持層本体50の層厚と支持層本体50の高さに高低差を設け、載荷層60の載荷重を利用して抱持シートに引張力を導入し、抱持シートの全周に導入した引張力により重錘枕40および支持層本体50を強固に拘束する。【選択図】図1
