Summary:To provide an optimum value detection device and a program for detecting an optimum value of a parameter related to a single carrier type transmitting device and a receiving device without relying on simulation and with high accuracy.SOLUTION: An optimal value detection device 3 according to the present invention includes a C/N controller 31 that variably controls a received C/N in a receiving device 2 by adjusting a load on a modulated signal output from a transmitting device 1, and a parameter controller 32 that performs variable control of parameter settings related to one or both of a boost ratio of a pilot signal consisting of unique words for the transmitting device 1 and the amplitude and phase of the mapping for each modulation method, notifies the receiving device 2 of the setting information of the boost ratio, obtains required C/N for each parameter to be variably controlled while variably setting the C/N setting for the C/N controller 31 on the basis of the bit error rate information from the receiving device 2, and detects an optimum value of the parameter.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】シミュレーションに依ることなく、且つ高精度に、シングルキャリア方式の送信装置及び受信装置に係るパラメータの最適値を検出する最適値検出装置及びプログラムを提供する。【解決手段】本発明の最適値検出装置3は、送信装置1から出力される変調信号に対して負荷を調整することにより、受信装置2における受信C/Nを可変制御するC/N制御器31と、送信装置1に対しユニークワードよりなるパイロット信号のブースト比と変調方式毎のマッピングの振幅及び位相のいずれか一方、又は双方に関するパラメータの設定を可変制御し、受信装置2に対しブースト比の設定情報を通知し、受信装置2からのビット誤り率情報を基に、C/N制御器31に対しC/N設定の可変設定を行いながら当該可変制御する各パラメータにおける所要C/Nを求め、パラメータの最適値を検出するパラメータ制御器32と、を備える。【選択図】図1
