To provide a lighting device which can be easily attached to an attached surface.MEANS FOR SOLVING THE PROBLEM: A lighting device includes: a fixed member 1 fixed to an attached surface and including an erection part 11 in a direction intersecting with the attached surface; and an attachment member 2 to which a lamp fitting 3 is attached and which is attached to the fixed member 1. The attachment member 2 has a first engagement part 22 and a second engagement part 23 which engage with the erection part 11. The erection part 11 has: a first engagement receiving part 15 with which the first engagement part 22 is engaged; and a second engagement receiving part 16 with which the second engagement part 23 is engaged.
