To provide a laminate film that is suitably used as a polarizing plate for a liquid crystal display and shows high quality with little color unevenness in particular when applied to a large-screen liquid crystal display.SOLUTION: A laminate film comprises at least three layers stacked in a thickness direction, and has an in-plane retardation (Re) of 0 to 400 nm and a thickness direction retardation (Rth) of 0 to 1500 nm with the variation of Re being 18% or less in a width direction, Young's moduli of 2 GPa or more in a longitudinal direction and a width direction, elongations at break of 50% or more in the longitudinal direction and the width direction, a film thickness of 40 μm or less, and a film width of 400 mm or more.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】本発明は、液晶ディスプレイ向け偏光板として好適に用いられ、特に大画面の液晶ディスプレイに実装した際に色ムラのなく高品位である積層フィルムを提供することをその課題とする。【解決手段】厚み方向に３層以上積層された積層フィルムであって、面内方向位相差（Ｒｅ）が０〜４００ｎｍ、厚み方向位相差（Ｒｔｈ）が０〜１５００ｎｍ、Ｒｅのバラツキが幅方向において１８％以下、長手方向および幅方向のヤング率が２ＧＰａ以上、長手方向および幅方向の破断伸度が５０％以上であり、該積層フィルムのフィルム厚みが４０μｍ以下、フィルムの幅が４００ｍｍ以上である積層フィルム。【選択図】なし
