Summary:To heighten purification performance by ultraviolet light irradiation.SOLUTION: A fluid treatment apparatus 10 includes a main filter 22 bent so that a recessed valley is formed in a flow direction of fluid which is a treatment object, and a light irradiation device having a light emission surface for emitting ultraviolet light toward the valley of the main filter 22, and arranged so that at least a part of the light emission surface is positioned on the valley.
