Summary:To inhibit a mold from being unevenly heated.SOLUTION: A heater for heating a mold 2 having a recess 2c and salients 2a, 2b on a top surface thereof comprises: a pedestal 11 on which the mold 2 is placed so that the mold 2's undersurface is in contact, the pedestal including a pedestal body 11a inside which an induction coil 11b is provided; and a ferrite 12 disposed between the induction coil 11b and the recess 2c of the mold 2.
