Summary:To provide an on-vehicle device and a search system having high search capability while concealing information on a search vehicle and information on a search result.SOLUTION: An on-vehicle device 200 of the present invention searches for a search target having search target information by a sensor mounted on a vehicle 20 by using the search target information received from a search management device 100, and outputs a search result for transmitting the search result to the search management device.
