To provide a water heater or a bathroom hot water supply system capable of appropriately executing any control even when it is not possible to discriminate whether utterance contents of a user are for commanding the execution of bath automatic control or for commanding the execution of reheating control.SOLUTION: A water heater includes a water heater body, a control part, and an information processing part for generating a control command to the water heater body from sound information based on a user's utterance, and transmitting it to the control part.
