Summary: | To provide a fluid control system or the like which is adapted to continuously control fluid even if an abnormality is detected.SOLUTION: A fluid control system 1 comprises a first pump 3 and a second pump 9. The pressure of the second pump 9 for supplying fluid is higher than the pressure of the first pump 3 for supplying the fluid. A first determination part 33 possessed by a first fluid control device 5 determines whether or not sensor values collected by a first input sensor 21 and a first output sensor 23 are correct. When the first determination part 33 determines that the sensor values are correct, the fluid control system supplies liquid to a first load part 7 from the first pump 3, and supplies the liquid to a second load part 13 from the second pump 9. When the first determination part 33 determines that the sensor values are not correct, the fluid control system supplies the liquid to the first load part 7 from the first pump 3, and supplies the liquid to the first load part 7 and the second load part 13 from the second pump 9.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 異常が検出されても、継続して流体を制御することに適した流体制御システム等を提供する。【解決手段】 流体制御システム1は、第1ポンプ3と、第2ポンプ9を備える。第2ポンプ9が流体を供給する圧力は、第1ポンプ3が流体を供給する圧力よりも高い。第1流体制御装置5が備える第1判定部33は、第1入力センサ21及び第1出力センサ23により収集されたセンサ値が正常か否かを判定する。第1判定部33が正常であると判定したならば、第1ポンプ3から第1負荷部7に液体を供給し、第2ポンプ9から第2負荷部13に液体を供給する。第1判定部33が正常でないと判定したならば、第1ポンプ3から第1負荷部7に液体を供給し、第2ポンプ9から第1負荷部7及び第2負荷部13に液体を供給する。【選択図】 図1 |
