Summary:To reduce warping of optical elements.SOLUTION: A mold 60 that defines a cavity section, a sprue section, a first runner section connected to the sprue section and to the cavity section through a plurality of first gates arranged in a longitudinal direction of the cavity section, and a second runner section connected to the cavity section through a plurality of second gates arranged longitudinally on the opposite side of the plurality of first gates is prepared (step S11). By injecting molten resin from the sprue section (step S13), the first runner section, the cavity section, and the second runner section are filled with the molten resin. The molten resin inside the mold 60 is cooled and solidified to form a molded product (step S15). The mold 60 is opened to take out the molded product (step S16).
