To reduce a user information management load and restrict inappropriate access when providing a broadcast communication cooperation service using private data.SOLUTION: A reception device 2 requests a terminal device 3 to acquire PD information C corresponding to a request condition A and a presentation condition B. The terminal device 3 searches for PD by the request condition A in a preset search range, acquires information and a thumbnail related to the PD, generates the PD information C based on the information related to the PD, displays the thumbnail in a screen layout based on the presentation condition B, and encourages a user to operate display approval. The reception device 2 determines the (acquisition target) PD used by a broadcast management application based on the PD information C, determines the screen layout based on the presentation condition B, extracts a URL of the PD from the PD information C, and searches by the URL to acquire the PD.
